On March 19, the three-day FIC2025 (Food Ingredients China 2025) came to a successful conclusion! At this grand event for the global food additives and ingredients industry, Henglu Bio garnered significant attention and recognition with the innovative products and technologies.
During the exhibition, Henglu Bio's booth was a bustling focal point. Professional attendees from all over the world visited our booth to gain in-depth insights into Henglu's series of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), salidroside, and sea cucumber peptides.
As a company specializing in the field of synthetic biology, Henglu Bio successfully synthesized ten types of HMOs using independently innovated yeast fermentation technology with proprietary intellectual property rights. We’ve achieved mass production of seven types of HMOs (2’-FL, 3-FL, LNnT, LNTⅡ, DFL, LNB, LNT). Among them, LNTⅡ and 2’-FL received safety certification (production strains) from the National Health Commission in 2023 and 2024, respectively, and secured U.S. SELF GRAS.
Another highlight of the exhibition was the product from Henglu’s subsidiary, Huihai Chuangda—sea cucumber intestinal hydrolyzed protein. This product was successfully listed in China's "Feed Raw Material Directory" last December. Its latest applications in pet food, coupled with its unique nutritional value and market potential, attracted numerous professional attendees who stopped by for inquiries, making it one of the focal points at Henglu's booth.
Participants from around the globe not only expressed strong purchasing intentions for the HMOs products but also signed bulk ordering agreements for salidroside and sea cucumber peptides on the spot. This clearly demonstrates the market's high recognition and strong demand for quality health ingredients.
Reflecting on FIC2025, Henglu Bio gained immensely.
